The annexe is set left of main bungalow with drive access and enclosed garden. The annexe consists of a kitchen with large fridge freezer, microwave, small cooker, wall floor units, all crockery, ironing board and towels. There is a separate shower, toilet and vanity unit. Entrance to the bed sit is through the patio doors. Includes 1 or 2 beds, TV, Video, CD and radio. Nice decor and all bedding, bath and hand towels, small table and chairs, 1 easy chair, draws, lamp, cloths hangers, wooding floooring and a gas fire. (ELE and GAS FREE)
