About

Healey Dell is one of Rochdale's hidden gems. An area of outstanding beauty that has been officially designated a Nature Reserve and is rich in industrial archaeology. It is here you will find the Gallery, tucked away in this beautiful quiet location amongst the nature and wildlife Healey Dell has to offer. The Nature Reserve is just 2 miles from Rochdale town centre and was once the site of corn, wool and cotton mills - all powered by the spectacular waterfalls of the River Spodden.

While you are there, take the time out at the visitor centre and tea rooms and pass an hour or so while browsing through sculptures and artwork on display at the Healey Dell Gallery.

All artwork is available to purchase and is a welcome gift whatever the occasion.

Make sure you put a visit to Healey Dell on your to do list - you won't be disappointed.
